  • now Jos 08 11 And all the people, [even the people] of war that

  • city, and pitched on the north side of Ai: {now} [there was] a
  • valley between them and Ai.
  • now Jos 09 06 And they went to Joshua unto the camp at Gilgal,
  • and said unto him, and to the men of Israel, We be come from a
  • far country: {now} therefore make ye a league with us.
  • now Jos 09 11 Wherefore our elders and all the inhabitants of
  • our country spake to us, saying, Take victuals with you for the
  • journey, and go to meet them, and say unto them, We [are] your
  • servants: therefore {now} make ye a league with us.
  • now Jos 09 12 This our bread we took hot [for] our provision out
  • of our houses on the day we came forth to go unto you; but {now},
  • behold, it is dry, and it is mouldy:

  • Gibeon, and Chephirah, and Beeroth, and Kirjathjearim.

  • destroyed it; as he had done to Jericho and her king, so he had
  • done to Ai and her king; and how the inhabitants of Gibeon had

  • children of Israel smote, and possessed their land on the other
  • side Jordan toward the rising of the sun, from the river Arnon

  • fenced: if so be the LORD [will be] with me, then I shall be
  • able to drive them out, as the LORD said.
  • Now Jos 17 08 {Now}] Manasseh had the land of Tappuah: but
  • Tappuah on the border of Manasseh [belonged] to the children of
  • Ephraim;
  • Now Jos 18 21 {Now} the cities of the tribe of the children of
  • Benjamin according to their families were Jericho, and
  • Bethhoglah, and the valley of Keziz.

  • {numbered} the people, and went up, he and the elders of Israel,

  • Nun Jos 01 01 Now after the death of Moses the servant of the
  • LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of
  • {Nun}, Moses' minister, saying,
  • Nun Jos 02 01 And Joshua the son of {Nun} sent out of Shittim
  • two men to spy secretly, saying, Go view the land, even Jericho.
  • And they went, and came into an harlot's house, named Rahab, and
  • lodged there.
  • Nun Jos 02 23 So the two men returned, and descended from the
  • mountain, and passed over, and came to Joshua the son of {Nun},
  • and told him all [things] that befell them:
  • Nun Jos 06 06 And Joshua the son of {Nun} called the priests,
  • and said unto them, Take up the ark of the covenant, and let
  • seven priests bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark
  • of the LORD.
  • Nun Jos 14 01 And these [are the countries] which the children
  • of Israel inherited in the land of Canaan, which Eleazar the
  • priest, and Joshua the son of {Nun}, and the heads of the
  • fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, distributed for
  • inheritance to them.
  • Nun Jos 17 04 And they came near before Eleazar the priest, and
  • before Joshua the son of {Nun}, and before the princes, saying,
  • The LORD commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our
  • brethren. Therefore according to the commandment of the LORD he
  • gave them an inheritance among the brethren of their father.
  • Nun Jos 19 49 When they had made an end of dividing the land for
  • inheritance by their coasts, the children of Israel gave an
  • inheritance to Joshua the son of {Nun} among them:
  • Nun Jos 19 51 These [are] the inheritances, which Eleazar the
  • priest, and Joshua the son of {Nun}, and the heads of the
  • fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, divided for an
  • inheritance by lot in Shiloh before the LORD, at the door of the
  • tabernacle of the congregation. So they made an end of dividing
  • the country.
  • Nun Jos 21 01 Then came near the heads of the fathers of the
  • Levites unto Eleazar the priest, and unto Joshua the son of
  • {Nun}, and unto the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the
  • children of Israel;
  • Nun Jos 24 29 And it came to pass after these things, that
  • Joshua the son of {Nun}, the servant of the LORD, died, [being]
  • an hundred and ten years old.
