Psa 01:01 Blessed [is] the man that walketh not in the counsel

of the

ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the

seat

of the scornful.

Psa 01:02 But his delight [is] in the law of the LORD; and in

his law

doth he meditate day and night.

Psa 01:03 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of

water,

that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall

not

wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Psa 01:04 The ungodly [are] not so: but [are] like the chaff

which the

wind driveth away.

Psa 01:05 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment,

nor

sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

Psa 01:06 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the

way

of the ungodly shall perish.

Psa 02:01 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain

thing?

Psa 02:02 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers

take

counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed,

[saying],

Psa 02:03 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their

cords

from us.

Psa 02:04 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord

shall

have them in derision.

Psa 02:05 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex

them in

his sore displeasure.

Psa 02:06 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.

Psa 02:07 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me,

Thou

[art] my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

thine

inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth [for] thy

possession.

Psa 02:09 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt

dash

them in pieces like a potter's vessel.

Psa 02:10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye

judges

of the earth.

Psa 02:11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

Psa 02:12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish [from]

LORD,

how are they increased that trouble me! many [are] they that

rise up

against me.

help for

Hear me

when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me

was] in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.

Psa 04:02 O ye sons of men, how long [will ye turn] my glory into

shame? [how long] will ye love vanity, [and] seek after leasing?

Psa 04:03 But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is

godly for

himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.

Psa 04:04 Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart

trust in

O LORD

our Lord, how excellent [is] thy name in all the earth! who hast

set

thy glory above the heavens.

perish at thy presence.

blesseth

the covetous, [whom] the LORD abhorreth.

not

seek [after God]: God [is] not in all his thoughts.

Psa 10:05 His ways are always grievous; thy judgments [are] far

above

out of his sight: [as for] all his enemies, he puffeth at them.

Psa 10:06 He hath said in his heart, I shall not be moved: for [I

shall] never [be] in adversity.

Psa 10:07 His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and fraud:

Psa 10:08 He sitteth in the lurking places of the villages: in

secret places doth he murder the innocent: his eyes are privily

tongue

world, [which have] their portion in [this] life, and whose

belly thou

fillest with thy hid [treasure]: they are full of children, and

leave

the rest of their [substance] to their babes.

Psa 17:15 As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I

shall

be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.

praised: so

shall I be saved from mine enemies.

Psa 18:04 The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of

ungodly

men made me afraid.

death

prevented me.

Psa 18:06 In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto

my

God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before

him,

[even] into his ears.

Psa 18:07 Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations

also of

the hills moved and were shaken, because he was wroth.

Psa 18:08 There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire

out of

his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it.

Psa 18:09 He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness

[was]

under his feet.

Psa 18:10 And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did

fly upon

the wings of the wind.

Psa 18:11 He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round

about

him [were] dark waters [and] thick clouds of the skies.

clouds

out lightnings, and discomfited them.

foundations

Psa 18:16 He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many

waters.

Psa 18:17 He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them

which

hated me: for they were too strong for me.

Psa 18:18 They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the

LORD

was my stay.

Psa 18:19 He brought me forth also into a large place; he

delivered

me, because he delighted in me.

Psa 18:20 The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness;

according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.

Psa 18:21 For I have kept the ways of the LORD, and have not

wickedly

departed from my God.

Psa 18:22 For all his judgments [were] before me, and I did not

away his statutes from me.

Psa 18:23 I was also upright before him, and I kept myself from

mine

iniquity.

Psa 18:24 Therefore hath the LORD recompensed me according to my

righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his

eyesight.

Psa 18:25 With the merciful thou wilt show thyself merciful;

with an

upright man thou wilt show thyself upright;

Psa 18:26 With the pure thou wilt show thyself pure; and with the

froward thou wilt show thyself froward.

Psa 18:27 For thou wilt save the afflicted people; but wilt

bring down

high looks.

Psa 18:28 For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will

enlighten my darkness.

Psa 18:29 For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God

have I

leaped over a wall.

Psa 18:30 [As for] God, his way [is] perfect: the word of the

LORD is

tried: he [is] a buckler to all those that trust in him.

Psa 18:31 For who [is] God save the LORD? or who [is] a rock

save our

God?

Psa 18:32 [It is] God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh

my way

perfect.

Psa 18:33 He maketh my feet like hinds' [feet], and setteth me

upon my

high places.

Psa 18:34 He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is

broken by mine arms.

Psa 18:35 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation:

me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

Psa 27:03 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart

after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of

iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbours, but mischief
